Easy and productive, for beginners like me.
PH (almost) ideal with the products, just follow the chart they give. (I did beginners mistakes and therefore had to regulate the pH, my fault).
Their chatbot (at least in Dutch) is friendly, helpful and efficient (just like most XXX Dutch people!). Try to send them also a pic or two to let them understand the the situation.
